THE BIRTH OF KABALIKAT

"Ang Kulang na Katarungan sa Isa ay Kulang na Katarungan sa Lahat”. (An Injustice to One is an Injustice to All). By the phrase begun the conception of its organization.

Consequently, it found juridical existence by the registration of the KARAPATAN sa BATAS at LIPUNANG may KATARUNGAN, INC. under SEC Company Registration No. CN 201311695. Thusly, was born KABALIKAT on the 20th June 2013.

By its nature, KABALIKAT is  a  sectoral organization composed of individuals bound by similar attributes or characteristics, or shared interests – i.e. those who are victims or sufferers of the “social and criminal injustice” system. 

Primarily, it aims to assist its members obtain ready access to courts and other government agencies, and to provide competent, adequate, independent, and satisfactory legal service to prevent injustice or avoid miscarriage of justice. Hence, KABALIKAT takes the lead in seeking redress for persons who are victims of manifest injustice, particularly those PDLs (persons deprived of liberty). 

To date, KABALIKAT more or less has twenty thousand (20,000) members and counting.
